Who We Are

Blue Spruce Properties Ltd is a privately owned company run by Clive and Harrison Brown. Both Clive and Harrison are qualified architects who have a passion for finding, promoting, assembling and delivering residential development opportunities to a range of clients including; Registered Providers; Commercial Developers and; Private Developers.

We pride ourselves on being architects who are commercially minded, and with that in mind we provide a professional service to our clients. We believe good design is a key part of the development process whereby we aim to deliver developments that are innovative, high quality, sustainably located and are of an appropriate scale and character to suit their surrounding context.

In order to achieve this, we always engage the services of Boon Brown, a firm of architects, landscape architects and town planners of which Clive is a founding director. Our association and close working relationship with Boon Brown ultimately gives us the best possible chance of successfully achieving a planning permission as well as maximising sites to be sure we are always achieving the best value for landowners.

Clive Brown

Managing Director

Clive is the Managing Director of Blue Spruce Properties Ltd. As one of the Founding Directors of Boon Brown also, he has an in-depth knowledge of design and construction and has established a reputation for designing high-quality schemes that are both viable and innovative. When it comes to development, Clive has more than 25 years of experience in assembling and delivering development opportunities to a range of clients.

Harrison Brown

Development Director

Harrison joined Blue Spruce Properties Ltd in 2018. Prior to this he worked at a construction company in London where he qualified as an architect. Utilising his design experience, Harrison is able to quickly assess a site’s potential for development as well as its viability. His primary role is to identify and appraise new residential development opportunities for Blue Spruce Properties Ltd to either promote or offer as a package deal to one of our clients.
