A Full Planning Application was approved in December 2019 for the demolition of the former school buildings and for the erection of 24 new residential dwellings at The Park in Yeovil, Somerset.
The site was previously used by The Park School as the premises for their Saplings and Junior School however became vacant after deciding to relocate the school near to Marston Magna.
On behalf of a Registered Provider, Blue Spruce Properties Ltd secured the site for the delivery of 24 new affordable dwellings comprising of apartments, houses and parlour houses. The proposed residential dwellings range in size and offer a sustainable town centre location for both smaller and larger families as well as couples.
